'Faithful to the Empire' At the top is a crowned roundel of King George V in Naval uniform, flanked by the Lion and the Unicorn and flags of the United Kingdom. On either side of the panel inscribed 'With My Best Love' are armorial and other devices of British Empire territories, and the flags of France, Japan, Italy, Belgium and Russia.
